Booking & Payment

​

  • 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your cat’s stay.

​

Refunds

​

We understand that plans can change, so our refund policy is designed to be fair for both pet parents and our small business:
 

  • Full Refund: If you cancel 10 days or more before your cat’s scheduled stay, your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • 50% Refund: If you cancel 5 - 9 days before your cat’s stay, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled stay are non-refundable, as we have reserved space and prepared for your cat’s arrival.

  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • We recommend booking early, especially during peak times, to ensure availability.

  • If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible - we will do our best to accommodate changes within availability limits.
