100% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your cat’s stay.

Refunds
​
We understand that plans can change, so our refund policy is designed to be fair for both pet parents and our small business:

Full Refund: If you cancel 10 days or more before your cat’s scheduled stay, your deposit will be fully refunded.

50% Refund: If you cancel 5 - 9 days before your cat’s stay, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled stay are non-refundable, as we have reserved space and prepared for your cat’s arrival.

We recommend booking early, especially during peak times, to ensure availability.

If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible - we will do our best to accommodate changes within availability limits.
