Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed on our site. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected. Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified on our Payment & Refund Policy page to qualify for a refund.
Pet Care and Liability
We strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for your cat. You agree to provide accurate information about your pet’s health, behavior, and special needs. While we take every precaution, Whisker Ridge is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during your cat’s stay, except in cases of proven negligence. You acknowledge that boarding in a free-roam environment involves inherent risks and agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your pet’s stay.
User Conduct
You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access to our services at our discretion.
